THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Every customer must create at least 1 character only can start the purchase; a Pet considered a character.
2. Maximum allow only 2 characters, pets considered 1 character, the vacuum flask has limited space to engrave the characters.
3. Our talented artist will re-create & simplify the details from the selected image, overall will look like you but more fun, interesting in cartoon character styling compare with image.
4. You got maximum 2 times to make the minor changes.
5. Cancellation of orders, there is a 70% cancellation fee for order canceled after a proof has been sent within stipulated timing.
6. You will automatically become a member once you successfully made the 1st purchase, we will provide you a code number to log in.

7. For ADDITIONAL VACUUM FLASK order section, this is for those who successfully made the 1st purchase, wish to order additional flask.
