RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. When ordering, please clearly indicate the exact name spelling and details for all engraving and approve the proof we email before engraving, we proof our work very carefully and engrave what have been approved.
2. If an error is made on our part or if an item arrives damaged, please contacts us within 14 days of receipt so we can take care of the issue promptly, each case is handled on individual basis.
3. Cancellation of orders, there is a 70% cancellation fee for order canceled after a proof has been sent within stipulated timing.
