SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. For Draw Me Awesome item, we have Free Delivery service for Peninsular & RM10 for Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Standard delivery time to Peninsular Malaysia is 2 – 3 working days & Sabah & Sarawak is 4 – 10 working days, international is 14 working days.
3. Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order are capture in order system.
4. All shipping duration are estimate based on respective courier company & please allow some slow pace during festive period & sales promotion period.
5. Please note that for international deliveries, package may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issue, which is beyond our control.
6. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
